REFUND POLICY

USED TUTORING HOURS – Once the tutoring lesson has been completed, no refunds will be granted for that tutoring lesson. 

UNUSED TUTORING HOURS – If the client purchased a package at the discounted package rate but did not use all of the tutoring hours, the client may receive a refund for any unused hours; however, the used hours will be charged at the standard pay-as-you-go non-discounted rate that is advertised on the website at the time of the refund request. The client will also be charged for the refund processing fee which is 3% of the original purchase price. This refund request must be initiated within 60 days of purchase. 

 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY

TUTOR MATCH GUARANTEE – Prep For Success believes that it is important that the client matches well with the tutor. Therefore, if the client feels that their tutor is not a good fit, the client must let Prep For Success know within 24 hours of the first lesson, and they will be granted a complimentary one-hour lesson with a new tutor at no charge. Additionally, if the client is not satisfied with the service after receiving more than one lesson, Prep For Success will happily assign the client a new tutor at no cost at any point during the tutoring process; however, a complimentary lesson will not be granted as the 24 hour grace period after the first lesson has already past. 

SCORE GUARANTEE – Prep For Success does not have a score guarantee program. If the client takes the exam and does not improve or does not achieve their goal score, no refunds will be granted; However, the client will still have access to all of Prep For Success’ materials where they can continue studying.  

 

CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE/NO-SHOW POLICY

RESCHEDULE/CANCELATION POLICY – Sessions will be billed in full if canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours before the planned session. However, prior to 24 hours before the tutoring lesson the client has the right to cancel/reschedule the planned lesson.  

NO-SHOW POLICY – If the client does not show for a planned tutoring lesson, they forfeit the lesson and are billed in full. If the client purchased a pre-paid package, the hours will be deducted from their package.
